Chili Crisp Veggie Toast
Ingredients:
1 cup cucumber, julienne
½ cup fennel, sliced thin
½ cup celery, sliced thin on a bias
¼ cup chives, sliced thin
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp rice vinegar
⅕ tbsp sesame oil
salt and pepper to taste
ricotta, for garnish
chili crisp, for garnish
bread for serving
Steps:
Combine cucumber, fennel, celery, chives, lemon juice, rice vinegar and sesame oil in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
On a slice of toast, place a spoonful of your salad and dress with ricotta and a healthy serving of chili crisp.
