Simple Cinnamon Simmered Apples

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 pink lady or honey crisp apple, peeled and cut into wedges

  • 1 tsp, cinnamon

Steps:

  1. Bring 3-4 inches of water to a boil in a 1 qt sauce pan. Add in the apples and stir in the cinnamon. Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring every now and then. Strain out the apples and enjoy!
