Quick Egg and Cheese Wrap

 

Ingredients:

  • 4 large eggs, beaten and salted 15 minutes before cooking

  • ¼ cup of grated cheddar

  • 1 large burrito flour tortilla

  • 3 tbsp of butter

Steps:

  1. Heat 2 tbsp butter over medium heat in a nonstick pan. Add eggs and stir quickly until loosely set. Be careful not to overcook them! 

  2. Remove the eggs from the pan and give it a quick whip with a paper towel to remove excess egg bits. Add 1 tbsp of butter until melted and then your tortilla. Place eggs in the center of the tortilla and cheese on top of it. Fold up your wrap, bringing in the sides and then rolling it up. Cook for several minutes, flap side down until golden brown, flip and do the same for the other side. Cut in half and enjoy!
