KariKari Breakfast Tacos

 

Ingredients:

  • 4 large eggs, beaten and salted

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 2-3 tbsp KariKari Garlic Chili Crisp, stir from the bottom

  • ¼ cup english style cheddar, grated

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil

  • 2 corn or flour tortillas

  • ¼ cup scallions, chopped thin for garnish

Steps:

  1. Heat butter in a nonstick pan and cook eggs until just under the desired texture. Remove eggs from pan and set aside.

  2. Add oil to pan and heat tortillas on each side for about 30 seconds or until they begin to puff up a bit.

  3. Assemble your tacos with a layer of egg, cheese, chili crisp and scallions.
