Matsutake Gohan

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups short grain white rice

  • 2 cups and 3 tbsp dashi

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp mirin

  • sesame leaf to garnish

Steps:

  1. Combine rice, dashi, soy sauce & mirin in a 3 qt sauce pan or rice cooker. Layer Matsutake over the mixture, do not combine. Cover and cook until rice is fully cooked. Garnish with Sesame leaf.
